Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, standardizing, and optimizing network-related operational processes, generating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and performance indicators to ensure efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization and standardization of operational processes 2. Creation and revision of SOPs and checklists 3. Implementation of performance indicators Job Objective: Map, standardize, and optimize network-related operational processes, generating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and performance indicators to ensure efficiency and quality.
