The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for customer-facing APIs and ingestion workflows, define how risk signals are exposed across product surfaces (APIs, UIs, Rules Engine), and maintain catalogs that ensure these signals are understood and applied consistently across different use cases. This role works closely with Engineering, Data Analysts, Customer Success, and customers' own fraud prevention teams. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** * APIs \& Data Ingestion + Lead product strategy and roadmap for Incognia's APIs and ingestion flows, including Risk API, Feedback API, Webhooks, batch ingestion, data contracts, and customer-focused integration standards. + Define API schema evolution and migration strategies, partnering with Customer Success and Integration Managers during customer rollouts. + Serve as the voice of internal and external stakeholders in product and API design, collecting direct feedback to enhance evaluation features. * Risk Signal Catalog Governance + Define and govern how Incognia's risk signals are represented and exposed via APIs, policy configuration workflows (rules engines, catalogs), and other product surfaces. + Partner with Customer Success and Data Analysts to analyze and adopt Incognia's risk signals within customers' use cases. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering; * Experience working with APIs, platform products, or data infrastructure; * Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers on architecture and technical trade-offs; * Strong communication and product specification skills; * Ability to simplify complex technical systems into understandable abstractions for customers and internal teams; * Familiarity with SQL or data analysis; * Advanced English; * Experience with fraud or authentication products is a plus. **About the team:** First and foremost, we highly value our culture.
