Social Worker \- Provide socioassistential services to users of the Citizen Network's programs and projects, conducting screening, follow-up, and development through technical and socioemotional training. • Refer participants to employment opportunities and monitor their progress, interacting with families and partner institutions whenever necessary. • Analyze the social contexts and resources of users, families, and involved institutions, establishing guidance and follow-up plans. • Maintain relationships with the socioassistential network (CRAS, CREAS, and other facilities). • Conduct social interviews. • Carry out internal and external social services. • Record information in the social medical record. • Prepare technical reports on service provision. Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work. • Active registration with CRESS. • Experience working with individuals in situations of social vulnerability is desirable. • Experience conducting individual services and group activities. • Ability to coordinate effectively with the socioassistential network. • Basic/intermediate digital fluency (Office suite and internal systems). \#CNVAGAS
