Continuously improving testing and quality processes We are hiring a Junior Test Analyst to ensure the quality of our digital products through manual testing and developing automated tests using Cypress. For this role, we require: • Basic knowledge of software testing (functional, regression, exploratory); • Initial experience or practical knowledge of manual testing for web applications; • Knowledge of test automation with Cypress; • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; • Ability to interpret requirements and convert them into test scenarios; • Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail; • Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of quality assurance and test automation. Key Responsibilities: • Perform manual tests on web applications, validating functional and non-functional requirements; • Create, execute, and maintain automated tests using Cypress; • Participate in understanding user stories and acceptance criteria with the team; • Identify, log, and track defects using management tools (e.g., Jira); • Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing workflows; • Collaborate with developers in analyzing and reproducing bugs; • Support continuous improvement of testing and quality processes; • Document test scenarios and execution evidence when required.
