This broad scope enables us to provide high-quality logistics services across the entire national territory, connecting people, businesses, and markets. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are seeking a professional to serve as Fleet Operations Coordinator at our headquarters located in Recife/PE. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Provide support to drivers in critical situations requiring managerial intervention; * Monitor vehicle condition, schedule maintenance, manage fueling and tire control, and assess fleet renewal needs; * Coordinate cargo loading, transshipment, and unloading, ensuring adherence to routes and delivery deadlines; * Manage contracts, suppliers, and fleet cost control; * Develop and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), aiming for efficiency and reduction of operational costs, such as fuel consumption; * Lead and motivate drivers and the maintenance team, train new employees, and ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations; * Conduct operational alignment meetings with the team; * Attend weekly executive and management meetings; * Attend weekly Northeast regional meetings; * Justify tariff table discrepancies and operational failures; * Analyze quotations for new routes submitted by the analyst and direct appropriate actions; * Monitor operational margins of freight services performed; * Assist the team in closing the cargo scheduling process; * Conduct market and competitor route research; * Visit direct customers; * Comply with labor legislation requirements (vacations, timekeeping, hiring, termination); * Ensure necessary resources for team operations; * Provide feedback and develop and monitor individual development plans (IDPs) for the team; * Perform budgetary analysis and provide appropriate justifications; * Define goals for the period jointly with executives; * Prepare monthly closing reports; * Audit operational team control spreadsheets; * Hold meetings with the commercial area for follow-up and guidance; * Validate policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth departmental operations, in coordination with the team and executive leadership; * Ensure proper team scheduling, training, and high operational efficiency; * Make critical decisions within the department. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields; * Prior experience as a coordinator; * Proficiency in administrative tasks and Microsoft Office suite; * Extension courses are a plus. ### **POSITION DETAILS:** Salary; Employment type: Full-time (CLT or PJ) * Working hours: Monday through Saturday, business hours **Benefits:** Meal allowance (Caju Card) Transportation allowance/fuel allowance (Caju Card) Health insurance (Unimed), dental insurance (Bradesco). **Interested in this opportunity!?
