Here, you will have the chance to work in a strategic department, directly contributing to the quality of our service and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze parts to determine warranty coverage; * Correctly identify, register, and store warranty parts; * Issue warranty claims through the IHS system; * Prepare and issue invoices for warranty parts; * Send documentation and parts to the manufacturer as required; * Monitor the progress of warranty processes until completion; * Act on reversing rejected claims by providing technical and documentary justifications; * Ensure organization and control of internal deadlines and procedures related to warranties.
