Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate pedagogical and administrative activities for the Fundamental I segment under your responsibility. Monitor and support teachers' work, guiding pedagogical practices; Monitor academic performance indicators and propose improvement strategies; Facilitate communication among families, teachers, and school management; Oversee students' daily routines, promoting discipline, well-being, and holistic development; Participate in annual pedagogical planning alongside general coordination and school leadership; Organize pedagogical meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and internal training sessions; Ensure adherence to the academic calendar, schedules, and institutional regulations; Identify needs for pedagogical resources and submit requests to management. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed in related fields. Prior experience in supervision or team management. Knowledge of the relevant educational segment. Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Analytical ability and problem-solving capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to travel, if required.
