Job Summary: We are seeking a Dev Lead to technically lead the team, actively participate in software development, and define and evolve robust architectures in an agile and collaborative environment. To join our team, it is essential to have: * Degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead with hands-on involvement; * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; * Experience with relational databases (SQL); * Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.); * Experience with Ionic or other hybrid mobile app frameworks; * Strong communication skills, technical leadership ability, and collaborative mindset; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); * Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture; * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and observability practices; * Experience in B2C or SaaS environments; * Knowledge of DevOps practices. What to Expect Day-to-Day We are looking for a Dev Lead to act as a Coordinator, serving as the reference point for architectural decisions and guiding the development team. In addition to defining and evolving robust architectures, we expect this person to directly engage in software development—being hands\-on in coding, reviewing, and delivering critical features. The role involves working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, SQL databases, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ionic, within an agile, collaborative, and continuously evolving technical environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Actively develop software solutions, directly participating in building and maintaining critical systems; * Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices, code reviews, and technical quality; * Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; * Make technical decisions aligned with the company’s and product’s strategy; * Support the engineering team in adopting modern tools and practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability); * Serve as the liaison between technical and product teams, ensuring delivered solutions provide business value; * Contribute to the team’s technical growth through mentorship and constructive feedback. 2512250202491935251
