Let’s go! **We expect you to…** * Collaboratively contribute to building your project’s solution autonomously, aligned with your team’s development process; * Identify and flag potential risks in your project activities based on relevant metrics, and participate in designing alternatives to mitigate them; * Collaboratively contribute to project activity planning; * Define and explain your technical decisions based on software development best practices, detailing the solutions used to clarify and resolve possible questions; * Lead development teams technically, partnering with design, QA, and project management leadership. **We require you to…** * Write error-free code within the main execution flow, properly documented, covered by unit tests, and compliant with the adopted software development workflow standards; * Understand the software architecture of the project you are working on; * Have knowledge of architecture, design, and development using the following technology stack: + Solid backend programming language expertise, such as Java, Go, PHP, or JavaScript + Proficiency in a frontend framework or library, such as React / Angular / Vue + Relational databases (SQL) + Git for source code version control and CI/CD best practices + Docker for application virtualization and containerization + Microservices architecture + Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or similar) + Experience using AI copilots **It’s a plus if you…** * Have advanced English proficiency for writing, listening, and speaking to engage with clients outside Brazil; * Have additional knowledge of tools and methodologies related to agile software development, such as Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methodologies.
