




Job Summary: Human Resources professional to support hiring, payroll, time tracking, vacation management, legal compliance, and employee assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Employee support regarding payroll and labor legislation **Main Responsibilities:** * Support **hiring processes**, verifying and organizing documents, registrations, and system records. * Assist with **payroll processing**, entering earnings, deductions, overtime, absences, and benefits. * Manage **electronic time tracking**, hour banks, medical certificates, and leaves of absence. * Provide support for **vacation management**, terminations, leaves of absence, and return-to-work procedures. * Support submission and verification of information for **eSocial, FGTS, INSS, and other legal obligations**. * Assist employees by clarifying questions related to **payroll, benefits, and labor legislation**. * Assist in administering **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health insurance, among others). * Organize and maintain up-to-date **physical and digital files** of employment documents. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with current legislation. * Assist with administrative routines of the Human Resources Department.
