Focus on organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. **Job Mission** Provide support for the company's administrative routines and assist the Human Resources Department in operational activities, ensuring organizational efficiency, compliance with legal deadlines, and smooth internal processes, thereby contributing to effective operational functioning and efficient service delivery to employees. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** **Administrative Routines** * Organize and manage physical and digital administrative and personnel documents. * Support contract control, file management, and internal recordkeeping. * Provide internal employee assistance for administrative requests. * Assist management with deadline tracking, spreadsheets, and basic reporting. * Support data entry and verification in systems and spreadsheets. * Assist with administrative procurement and office supply inventory control. **Human Resources Department Support** * Support onboarding processes (document receipt, verification, and registration). * Assist with electronic timekeeping and overtime bank management. * Support vacation, leave of absence, and medical certificate tracking. * Organize payroll documents and submit information to the accounting office. * Support offboarding processes (documentation and checklists). * Address employee inquiries regarding basic HR-related matters. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school (mandatory). * Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Familiarity with administrative routines. * Familiarity with Human Resources Department operations (onboarding, vacations, timekeeping, and payroll). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially basic/intermediate Excel. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information. * Proactivity and team-oriented support mindset. * Ability to handle operational routines and repetitive processes efficiently. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Timely completion of onboarding, vacation processing, and submission of information to the accountant. * Organization and up-to-date status of files and documents. * Reduction of errors in registrations, timekeeping controls, and spreadsheets. * Quality and responsiveness in internal employee service delivery.
