Description:
* Completed undergraduate degree in Physics or related fields;
* Prior experience teaching High School and/or Upper Elementary School is desirable;
* Knowledge of the BNCC and familiarity with using technologies and experimental resources in Physics instruction;
* Commitment to the holistic development of students.
ADDITIONAL ASSETS:
* Postgraduate degree in Physics Education, Education, or related fields;
* Experience with active methodologies and inquiry-based teaching;
* Experience working in schools focused on pedagogical innovation and socioemotional competencies.
* Plan and deliver Physics lessons using didactic strategies that enhance conceptual understanding and practical application of knowledge;
* Stimulate scientific thinking, problem-solving, and the conduct of experiments and simulations;
* Actively participate in professional development sessions, pedagogical meetings, and interdisciplinary projects;
* Continuously assess the learning process, providing meaningful feedback to students;
* Establish close, respectful communication with students, families, and the pedagogical team.
