Promotion of communication and participation of the school community **Description:** Manage the school based on the guidelines of its political-pedagogical project to ensure students achieve desired learning outcomes, managing financial and human resources for continuous maintenance and improvement of service quality; promote effective communication with the entire school community and encourage its participation in the education system—particularly by listening to student feedback regarding teaching processes, as well as considering their wishes, concerns, and suggestions. Responsibilities and Duties This role involves coordinating all pedagogical and administrative operations of the unit. This includes leading meetings, ensuring information flow, planning and monitoring projects, evaluating teaching materials, supporting teachers, welcoming parents and students, and overseeing enrollment processes. It also encompasses strategic analysis, liaison with official agencies, planning of school infrastructure, team supervision, staff selection, training, procurement, maintenance, internal communication, and performance indicator management. In financial and commercial areas, responsibilities include parent engagement, negotiation, discount processing, and alignment with departments such as Finance, Treasury, Administration, and Human Capital. In summary, this is comprehensive management covering people, processes, infrastructure, pedagogy, service delivery, and annual planning.
