Job Context This is a strategic role, as the candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale projects—including one focused on cybersecurity. The Information Security department is currently undergoing structuring. At the same time, a consultancy is supporting governance, establishing processes and documentation. The coordinator will play an essential role both technically and in team leadership. The operation is large-scale, requiring candidates with experience in similar environments. Main Responsibilities Lead the Information Security area, aligning strategy and operations. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor policies and programs ensuring the protection of digital assets. Develop and maintain policies and procedures compliant with best practices (LGPD, ISO 27001, etc.). Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks by implementing effective protection solutions. Coordinate cyber security incidents, conducting investigation, containment, and recovery. Monitor regulatory compliance and conduct periodic audits. Establish performance indicators (KPIs) for security. Promote training and awareness programs for employees. Collaborate closely with IT, Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Information Security, including at least 2 years in leadership roles. Desirable certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 (Lead Implementer/Auditor). Technical knowledge: Check Point Firewalls Splunk SIEM Windows Server, Linux, AWS, GCP, and Office365 environments Computer Networks (VLAN, Wi-Fi) CTI tools Regulations and Frameworks: LGPD, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT Languages: Intermediate to advanced English (considered a plus, not eliminatory) Behavioral skills: Hands-on profile, strong leadership, ability to develop team members, and capability to interact effectively with senior management.
