




Job Description: **Talented people make Schneider Electric a great company!** We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for executing activities related to the implementation of automation panel projects and tests, serving a major client in the region. The role requires on-site work, with a focus on ensuring technical and operational compliance. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, requiring constant alignment with Schneider Electric standards and the refinery’s specific requirements! **Responsibilities:** * Lead electromechanical projects focused on industrial automation, reporting to the Coordinator. * Supervise automation panel assembly, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). * Integrate Triconex safety systems (SIS) and Foxboro DCS control systems. * Collaborate with supplier and contractor management during panel manufacturing and assembly. * Ensure compliance with Petrobras standards (e.g., N-1710, N-1711, N-0380). * Validate hardware engineering (layouts, electrical diagrams, bills of materials). * Interface with software engineering to ensure compatibility between hardware and control logic. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Automation, Control, or related fields). Active registration with CREA or equivalent regulatory body. * In-depth knowledge of Triconex systems (architecture, protocols, redundancy, functional safety). * Proficiency in Foxboro DCS (configuration, integration, communication networks). * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, P&IDs, and panel layouts. * Knowledge of Brazilian and international technical standards (ABNT, IEC, ISA). * Experience with engineering tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical. * Capability to perform commissioning and troubleshooting of complex systems. * Technical documentation management and version control. * Technical and motivational leadership for multidisciplinary teams. * Clear and context-aware communication with internal and external stakeholders. * Strategic and tactical planning for execution of complex projects. * Agile problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making. * Effective negotiation with suppliers and contractors. * Solid experience in commissioning large-scale automation system projects and/or units in oil and/or petrochemical areas. * Proficiency in Triconex and Foxboro hardware and development of electromechanical automation panel projects. **Location: Ipojuca/PE** **Tell us more about you!
