The motorcycle courier plays a fundamental role in accelerating administrative operations. Their mission is to ensure the fast and secure delivery of documents, correspondence, and materials, as well as to support daily administrative tasks. **EXPERIENCE:** Prior experience as a motorcycle courier or in similar administrative roles is desirable. * Collect equipment from customers' residences, ensuring agility and safety during operations; * Deliver collected materials to the warehouse, ensuring accurate registration and verification of items; * Record all activities and service order statuses via the company's dedicated application; * Maintain constant communication with the administrative and operational teams to coordinate pickups; * Strictly comply with traffic regulations and operational procedures; * Work as an individual micro-entrepreneur (MEI), using a personally owned motorcycle to perform duties; * Hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate proficiency in using mobile applications and technology. Collaborate with other members of the administrative team, when necessary, to support specific projects. Equipment collection from customers' residences (router, ONU, and ONT) Delivery of materials to the warehouse Registration of activities via the company's application Ensure the motorcycle is always in perfect working condition by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance when required. A personally owned motorcycle is required.
