We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to work in Recife.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide guidance and direction to the Repair Technicians team
* Manage team activities related to repairs and testing of mechanical and electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies
* Ensure the team has all necessary instructions, documents, and resources to perform tasks correctly
* Ensure work performed meets established technical, product, and quality requirements
* Supervise the team daily: assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance
* Monitor activities related to fault identification, isolation, correction, as well as disassembly, cleaning, and refurbishment of products and equipment
* Serve as the escalation point for technical queries and process-related issues, ensuring continuous problem resolution
* Support process improvement initiatives and changes as directed by management
Ensure compliance with internal policies, ESD requirements, quality, and safety

**Qualifications**
* Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
* Knowledge of Performance Indicator Management
* Electronic Assembly certifications are a plus
* At least 1 year of experience in the field
* Intermediate English **(mandatory)** due to interaction with global teams
* Availability to work **100% on-site in Recife, PE**
