Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Occupational Safety Technical Assistant to manage safety, inspect areas, and deliver training. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in accident analysis and CIPA management 2. Conduct daily inspections and deliver safety training 3. Identify deviations and collaborate with leadership to resolve them We are looking for an organized, proactive, and committed professional to serve as an Occupational Safety Technical Assistant. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively participate in analysis of personal and material accidents * Manage and support CIPA (including organizing meetings, action plans, and follow-up) * Control and ensure proper delivery of PPE * Implement corporate safety programs * Conduct daily inspections in operational areas and manage directed working hours * Deliver training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), refresher courses, and safety meetings * Identify deviations, prioritize corrective actions, and collaborate with leadership to resolve them * Act as a facilitator in safety-related decision-making * Ensure all activities are safely authorized **Mandatory Requirements** * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) * Knowledge of risk analysis (APR/PT) * Experience developing and delivering training * Knowledge of machinery operation – NR11 (forklift) * Good physical fitness (role requires frequent patrols across a 340,000 m² area covering production, warehousing, and dispatch) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated systems * Knowledge of emergency response and Emergency Action Plan (PAE) **Desirable Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related fields **Behavioral Profile** * Agile and safe decision-making * Ability to face challenges and overcome obstacles * Clear, objective, and direct communication * Adaptability to high-pressure environments and challenging situations * People and team development orientation * Process management skills (create, implement, and control) * Experience managing corporate programs (train, implement, and monitor) * Adherence to internal and external client meeting schedules * Innovative mindset focused on proposing new solutions and continuous improvement * Commitment to routines and meetings **Benefits** * Salary: R$2.500,00 * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher (R$ 167,00) * On-site meals * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * TotalPass * Discounts at educational institutions * PLR Once per week, the professional must travel to O\-I in Vitória de Santo Antão \- PE.
