Team and Process Development **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **JOB MISSION:** Translate institutional guidelines into actions and results, ensuring excellence in fulfilling the organization’s mission and achieving its vision through internal and external coordination and mediation of people, processes, resources, and information. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Coordinate, evaluate, and promote the development of individuals and teams. 2\. Propose hiring and termination of employees. 3\. Plan and manage processes and budgetary and material resources (technological and infrastructure). 4\. Align tactical planning with strategic guidelines, enabling implementation of actions and achievement of results. 5\. Issue reports, opinions, technical notes, and other documents related to the incumbent’s area of expertise. 6\. Delegate and coordinate activities arising from internal and external demands. 7\. Manage knowledge as an organizational asset. 8\. Ensure integration and communication across departments (cross-functionality), identifying interface points between the incumbent’s department and other management areas, and promoting convergence of efforts and resources for systemic performance optimization. 9\. Represent the Institution within the incumbent’s area of responsibility, as required. 10\. Coordinate, raise awareness, mobilize, negotiate, delegate, and make decisions regarding processes and projects within the incumbent’s area of responsibility. 11\. Ensure proper application of the organization’s cooperative doctrine and principles. 12\.
