Opportunity within a social organization of health We are seeking a Financial Analyst to work at our Corporate Office, supporting the financial management of public hospitals administered by the social organization of health CHS João Paulo II. The professional will be responsible for financial analysis, report preparation, cash flow control, and support in accounting and budgetary processes. **Responsibilities** * Accounting and financial reconciliation * Preparation of managerial reports and financial statements * Cash flow control, accounts payable and receivable * Support in budget preparation and monitoring * Analysis of financial indicators * Support in accountability processes **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or Accounting Sciences * Prior experience in the finance area * Proficiency in accounting and financial routines * Advanced Excel * Residence in Recife/PE **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in social organizations of health * Familiarity with hospital management systems * Knowledge of public accounting * Power BI or other BI tools **What We Value** * Postgraduate degree in finance-related fields * Certifications in financial management * Knowledge of third-sector legislation * Experience in managing public hospitals Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1,00 \- R$2,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
