**Compensation:** R$3.500,00 per month Job Description We are expanding our team and seeking a highly experienced **Construction Supervisor**, with solid experience in the civil construction sector, budgeting, project management, and site inspection. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is carried out in accordance with technical standards, quality requirements, and established schedules. Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise construction work execution in accordance with design plans, technical standards, and quality requirements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and appropriate working conditions on-site; * Monitor project schedules to ensure all phases are completed within the stipulated deadlines; * Control costs and resources, minimizing waste and optimizing the project budget; * Prepare and update technical reports, site inspections, and project documentation; * Manage budgets and measurements, analyzing losses, gains, and physical/financial progress; * Ensure legal compliance, including inspections required for obtaining permits; * Lead teams and mediate conflicts, guiding professionals and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Construction Management; * Solid experience in civil construction, site inspection, budgeting, project planning, and construction management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, SIENGE / SIECON, ORÇAFASCIO, and technical report writing is mandatory; * Prior experience in steel structure construction is a plus; * Willingness to travel as required.
