Collaborate in plating dishes and report non-conformities. #### **About the Position:** * Assist in food preparation and finalization according to kitchen leadership instructions, ensuring quality, standardization, and compliance with sanitary regulations in daily production activities. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation according to technical sheets, portion sizes, and hotel standards. * Support the Head Cook in kitchen operational activities and substitute for them when necessary. * Perform mise en place for the station under your responsibility, maintaining organization and cleanliness. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and ensure its proper maintenance. * Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety standards during food handling and storage. * Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and report restocking needs. * Collaborate with the team in plating dishes, buffets, events, and room service. * Report any issues or non-conformities to supervisors. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School Education #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Courses in Gastronomy, Culinary Techniques, or related fields * Relevant work experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year as a kitchen helper or assistant, preferably in hospitality or restaurants. * Experience in the sector #### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine | Tele-Specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Birthday Day Off * On-site Meals * Discounts on accommodations within the hotel chain #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM * Work Rotation: 5 days on, 1 day off
