Transform your future with us. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform accounting account reconciliations. * Prepare and analyze financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations. * Participate in the preparation of managerial reports. * Collaborate on monthly and annual accounting closings. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences. * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax legislation. * Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel. * Ability to work in teams and under pressure. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience as an Accounting Analyst in an accounting firm. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Education Allowance * Happy Day * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * 44-hour weekly workload * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
