Here, you will work on software quality, directly contributing to building robust, reliable solutions with high technical standards. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Execute manual tests (functional, exploratory, and regression) * Create and review test scenarios and test cases * Identify bugs, log them, and track them to resolution * Assist in test documentation * Participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, planning, etc.) * Contribute to quality process improvements **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields * Basic knowledge of programming logic * Familiarity with software testing (manual testing, test cases, test scenarios) * Ability to document tests and log bugs * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) * Strong communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn **Expected Behaviors** * Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture * Test, validate, and review before delivery * Pursue continuous improvement: learn, refactor, evolve * Follow established processes, best practices, and technical criteria * Learn from mistakes and adjust quickly * Meet deadlines and commitments rigorously * Communicate clearly, objectively, and transparently * Treat everyone with respect, fairness, and empathy **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of BDD / Gherkin * Experience with web-based project management tools, preferably Redmine * Familiarity with test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright) * Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript * Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (simple queries, filters, validations) * Experience with test or bug management tools (Jira, TestLink) * Familiarity with CI/CD and version control using Git * Interest in software quality and continuous improvement **About RAS** ?
