





Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Minimum availability of 1 year and 6 months required for this position; * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Desirable Requirements: * Communicative, analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile; * Well-developed critical thinking and interest in business development; * Interest in and/or basic knowledge of financial mathematics and corporate finance; * Interest in and/or basic knowledge of real estate development; * Interest in the real estate market, finance, and commercial negotiation; * Experience with or familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, Power BI, and report management; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint); * Category B driver’s license is considered a plus. * Support land prospecting and analysis for new developments; * Conduct market and competitive research, gathering data on new launches and pricing; * Assist in preparing economic and financial feasibility studies (Gross Development Value, costs, buildable potential); * Support documental analysis of land parcels (land registry, certificates, zoning, and urban restrictions); * Study urban and environmental legislation, conducting inquiries with public agencies when necessary; * Support analysis of potential projects considering economic feasibility and urban legislation; * Contribute to preparing reports and presentations for decision-making committees; * Monitor commercial proposals, preliminary contracts, and follow-ups with landowners and real estate brokers; * Support negotiations with landowners and real estate brokers; * Support organizing and updating the database of opportunities and strategic partners; * Contribute to modeling simplified urban studies (pre-layouts of condominiums or buildings); * Support preparation of presentations (land studies, proposals, market research, etc.); * Support real estate market intelligence activities (data collection, report preparation, and analysis); * Support the department in mapping and updating processes, suggesting continuous improvements. 2512050202181786829
