




Here at **Bern**, you’ll be the bridge between our services and future customers, prospecting, qualifying leads, and ensuring the sales team is ready to move forward with the best opportunities. **\#JoinBern** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will you do daily?** * Conduct active (outbound) prospecting and qualification of inbound leads, both domestic and international. * Keep the CRM (HubSpot) up to date, documenting the full lead journey. * Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone, educating them about the company’s services. * Support the sales team in scheduling qualified meetings and organizing commercial events. * Monitor prospecting metrics, suggest improvements to the sales funnel, and participate in conversations with qualified leads to understand their needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To excel in this role, you need:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (majors such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields are a plus); * Familiarity with prospecting tools and processes (e.g., Apollo, Reev, Ramper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.); * Knowledge of CRM systems, especially HubSpot (or experience with similar CRMs); * Prior experience in active prospecting, SDR roles, or similar positions within sales. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Basic/intermediate English proficiency, including reading, writing, and speaking skills; * Prior experience in pre-sales activities or as an SDR, including internships. **Attitudes and behaviors that make all the difference:** Organization to keep tasks on track and ensure consistent delivery.
