We seek a professional who combines technical expertise in operating Munck and Rollon/Rolloff equipment with people leadership skills. The professional will serve as the "right-hand person" of field management, ensuring external and internal operations proceed safely, efficiently, and with quality, while guiding and supervising the auxiliary team. Main Responsibilities * Operate trucks equipped with cranes (Munck) or rollon/rolloff systems to transport and handle heavy and complex loads; * Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to technical and safety standards; * Lead support staff during activities; * Conduct periodic inspections of the vehicle and equipment before starting operations; * Ensure the safety of personnel involved in operations; * Pre-assess load and workplace conditions to guarantee correct service execution. Requirements * Brazilian driver's license category C, D, or E (compatible with the vehicle); * Munck Operator training course; * MOPP training course; Defensive driving course (desirable); * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of applicable safety regulations for these operations; * Responsible, proactive profile with leadership capability. Employment Type * CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM; * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Compensation and Benefits * Salary: R$ 3,000.00; * Transportation allowance; * Meals.
