Conducting and issuing the Occupational Health Certificate (ASO) for admission, periodic, return-to-work, change-of-risk/function, and dismissal examinations. Developing, coordinating, and implementing the PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program), in coordination with the PGR (Risk Management Program). Identifying, diagnosing, and reporting occupational diseases (e.g., RSI/WRMDs, poisonings, etc.) and analyzing causal relationships. Issuing the CAT (Work Accident Report) and monitoring work accident cases and related absences. Conducting technical inspections of the workplace to assess risks and propose preventive measures and ergonomic adjustments. Actively participating in SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety Engineering and Medicine) and CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) meetings. Education: Medical degree (with registration in the Regional Medical Council - CRM). Specialization (Lato Sensu postgraduate program) or Medical Residency in Occupational Medicine. Specialist certification must be registered with the CRM (RQE). In-depth knowledge of the CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) and the NRs (Regulatory Standards) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, especially NR 7 (PCMSO) and NR 9 (PGR). Diagnostic ability, ethics, proactive prevention mindset, and capacity to issue technical opinions with legal and administrative impact.
