As a **Junior Python Developer**, you will be part of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid Position in Recife!** **Responsibilities and Duties** On a daily basis, we expect you to handle the following tasks: * Developing new systems; * Performing evolutionary maintenance on existing systems; * Performing corrective maintenance on existing systems; * Participating in sprint planning; * Attending daily meetings with the development team; * Following predefined architectural requirements and standards for the project. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What’s needed for our perfect match:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Minimum 1 (one) year of experience developing new web applications using Python technologies (FastAPI, Django, Flask); * Knowledge of design patterns; * Application architecture in three layers, MVC model; * Understanding of Microservices architectures; * Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps (Docker and Docker Compose); * Experience developing REST APIs; * Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio); * Knowledge of process automation; * Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB); * System and web service integration; * Version control with Git. **Desirable / Differentiating Skills:** **** * Prior experience as an intern or junior developer, requirements analysis, or project support; * Basic SQL knowledge or curiosity about data-related topics (helps better understand conversations with the team); * Experience with task/project management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Planner, etc.); * Knowledge of Machine Learning and applied AI. **Additional Information** Fully Remote – Work safely and comfortably from home Infrastructure Allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
