Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Manage all processes related to Facilities Management and Maintenance Management; * Manage maintenance of physical facilities, including buildings, rooms, furniture, and equipment; * Select and supervise suppliers, ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards; * Assist in preparing/monitoring the department’s budget and promote cost-optimization initiatives; * Implement and monitor workplace safety policies; * Manage physical changes to facilities, such as team relocations and space reorganization; * Review performance and results reports; * Identify opportunities for improvement in ISG processes; * Manage inventory and control of Facilities; * Manage execution and control of Maintenance activities; * Mediate and manage demands between the team and the manager; Identify sustainability practices (ESG) that enhance ISG processes. * **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * SAP system knowledge; * Occupational safety knowledge; * Contract management knowledge; Willingness to travel; * **Advantages:** * Technical occupational safety qualification; BI knowledge. * **Additional information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
