




Job Summary: Professional responsible for the operational and financial management of the unit, customer service, inventory control, and support for internal campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Daily operational and financial management 2. Excellent customer service 3. Inventory control and organization Opening and closing the unit, checking windows, lights, and equipment. Daily cash closing and submission to the finance department, including deposits. Execution of financial routines and attachment of supporting documents in the system. Verification, correction, and acceptance of invoices. Biweekly inventory control and organization of materials. Sending and receiving SEDEX packages. Managing appointments and confirming customers. In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service, ensuring welcoming treatment and excellence. Receiving and dispatching devices for technical support, issuing and updating service orders (OS). Customer registration and system updates. Promoting campaigns and supporting internal initiatives.
