




**Join us as an Execution Advisor** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** You will be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters—for people and for the planet. We invite you to become part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * In-store execution: Correct planogram execution, shelf organization, ensuring proper product assortment in store, facings. * Research and performance monitoring: Collect store information and use data and insights to support decision-making. * In-store influence: Identify opportunities and execute action plans, influencing the store to create a bridge between the store and the sales team. * POS materials: Transport and implement tactical materials. * Innovations: Present innovations, bringing information about category trends, opportunities, and key battles. * Competitive intelligence: Provide information on competitor activities, activations, and pricing. * In-store training: Deliver training to retailers, counter staff, and derms. * JBP negotiation monitoring: Ensure that actions negotiated at the head office are being executed in stores. * Store visits: Efficient field planning, with scheduled visits and achievement of targeted number of visits during the period. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed or ongoing Higher Education; * Knowledge of pharma channel dynamics and hygiene and beauty categories; * Basic knowledge of merchandising/in-store execution; * Proficiency in tools (Office Suite); * Valid and permanent Class B driver's license; * Strong communication and influencing skills. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
