Monitoring of KPIs and strategic action for continuous improvement. **\# 1147 STORE MANAGER** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage all store operations, ensuring achievement of **revenue**, **profitability**, and **visual and operational standardization** targets. * **Lead and motivate the sales team**, fostering a high-performance environment and excellence in customer service. * **Monitor performance indicators** (foot traffic, average transaction value, conversion rate, margin, and operating expenses) and propose corrective action plans. * **Plan, organize, and supervise commercial campaigns** and local customer acquisition initiatives. * **Ensure compliance with internal procedures** and company policies, safeguarding brand image and reputation. * **Manage store expenses**, negotiating payment terms and discounts with suppliers per administrative guidelines. * **Control inventory**, authorize purchase orders, and ensure appropriate product turnover. * **Prepare budgets** and monitor product deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. * **Train and support team development**, providing continuous feedback and performance evaluations. * **Periodically report results and action plans** to the National Deputy Manager, Regional Manager, and Executive Board. * Strategically apply the **PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act)** to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: Negotiable \+ 40% Bonus \+ Commission \+ Transportation Allowance **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector; experience managing sales teams; knowledge of commercial planning, sales campaigns, and KPIs; negotiation skills; customer acquisition and proactive prospecting skills; intermediate Excel proficiency; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * 40% Bonus * Commission * Transportation Allowance
