Job Summary: Professional responsible for purchasing and managing various services for construction sites and engineering requirements, including quotations, negotiations, and supplier development. In all locations, we consistently deliver differentiated, top-tier products across corporate segments and first- and second-home residential markets for middle- and high-income customers. **Your Responsibilities:** Purchase various services to support construction sites and other company engineering requirements. Conduct quotations and evaluate proposals, negotiate proposals, analyze and approve purchase orders, develop new suppliers and monitor their performance, provide information and reports, issue purchase orders, and perform other duties related to the role. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (currently pursuing or completed) Advanced Excel skills; Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts; Preferred: Experience in contracting engineering services; Preferred: SAP knowledge. **What We Offer:** CLT employment contract Meal or Food Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Gympass MD+ (Corporate University)
