**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Tasks: Preparation and maintenance of treatment areas; set up and dismantle the Day Spa as needed for treatment sessions. Clean and sanitize bathtubs after each use, ensuring they are ready for the next client. Prepare and serve teas, keeping the tea station well-stocked and organized. Restock supplies and products in display cases, ensuring all items are available and neatly presented. Restock uniforms and necessary treatment materials, including towels, hygiene products, and other consumables. Keep common areas and treatment rooms clean and organized. Assist in organizing inventory and products in storage, ensuring proper storage and easy access. Support therapists and treatment specialists with their operational needs to ensure efficient workflow. Assist the team in preparing rooms for new clients, including restocking products and organizing the environment. Perform other operational tasks as required and directed by management. Greet clients courteously and guide them regarding spa facilities and services. Address client requests related to spa amenities, such as tea preparation and restocking items in the waiting area. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Availability to work on-site and as part of a team. Proficiency in English is a plus.
