We are looking for a **Real Estate PMO** professional to strategically manage the development lifecycle of real estate projects, foster integration among involved departments, and ensure monitoring of processes, timelines, and deliverables. Key Responsibilities * Manage the development workflow of real estate projects—from land prospecting through to delivery; * Monitor project schedules, milestones, KPIs, and status; * Integrate departments including Development, Design, Legalization, Budgeting, Planning, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other interfaces; * Identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and support the definition of action plans; * Consolidate management information and prepare reports to support decision-making; * Ensure process governance by monitoring adherence to deadlines, scopes, and established guidelines; * Support feasibility studies and the development of new projects; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and management tools. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in real estate development, project management, or PMO roles; * Knowledge of the full real estate development lifecycle; * Experience interfacing between technical, commercial, and legalization departments; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; * Organized, analytical, proactive profile with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Real Estate Development, or related areas; * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, or similar); * Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and management tools.
