**Position: PCM Analyst – Planning and Control of Maintenance** * Location: Prazeres, Jaboatão dos Guararapes – PE * Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–6:00 PM / Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (may work on Saturdays) * Remuneration: BRL 3,500 – Direct Hire (CLT) * Benefits: Health insurance (50% employer-paid), Meal allowance BRL 17.00/day, Transportation allowance or Fuel allowance, Free parking We are seeking a **PCM Analyst** with a preventive mindset, strong organizational skills, and exceptional execution capability to structure and oversee industrial, building, and asset maintenance routines. This person will be responsible for ensuring implementation of maintenance plans, controlling work orders, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining the department’s documentation and operational organization. **Key Responsibilities – PCM** **Maintenance Planning** * Develop, review, and monitor Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plans; * Schedule maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and equipment availability; * Establish maintenance schedules, routines, and priorities. **Execution Control** * Request quotations from and engage suppliers and service providers for electrical, maintenance, and construction services; * Monitor completion status of scheduled vs. performed maintenance tasks; * Follow up with MANAGER on activity status; **Indicators and Costs** * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Preventive Execution Rate, etc.); * Control costs and system entries; * Support departmental budget planning. **Technical Maintenance Inventory** * Manage spare parts, materials, and tools; * Track inventory movements and consumption; * Support technical replenishment forecasting (excluding non-productive purchases). **Documentation and Compliance** * Organize machine histories, manuals, and mandatory records; * Support compliance with technical and legal standards (NRs, ISO, audits); * Monitor outsourced services and technical contracts. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Production, or related fields); * Prior experience in PCM or administrative maintenance routines; * Knowledge of maintenance plans, work order control, and KPIs; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Organized with strong sense of priority; * Analytical and planning-oriented; * Proactive and detail-oriented; * Effective communicator with technical teams and other departments; * Committed to deadlines and processes.
