As a **Technical Qualification Consultant**, you will be responsible for planning classes and delivering them during the academic term, using the active learning methodology Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in subjects of a medium-level technical course integrated with Regular High School Education. As well as contributing and supporting the entire school teaching team and the two technical courses. You should also facilitate learning that is emotionally meaningful for students, including practical and theoretical activities. What we're looking for**..** A person passionate about games, animation, and audiovisual production, facilitating and participating in classes, workshops, events, or even creating new learning scenarios with emphasis on digital and/or board game development. It is also necessary to know how to design and grade assessments, manage class records, and simultaneously think of innovative and formative ways to evaluate student learning, using the new BNCC and the New High School framework as a foundation. We expect you to have... * Completed undergraduate degree in Design (graphic or industrial), Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Web Design, Advertising, or related fields (depending on professional experience). * **Proficiency and experience with the Blender tool;** * Knowledge of Inkscape, Canva, or Figma; * Knowledge of freeware or open-source video editing software; * Knowledge of Gimp and SketchUp; * Familiarity with learning methodologies such as Problem-Based Learning and Project-Based Education; * Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner; * Solid knowledge of project development; * Solid knowledge of Design Thinking or design methodologies; * Knowledge of character and scene drawing techniques, and development of 2D and 3D animations; * Knowledge of interface development techniques; * Willingness to learn new software, practices, and methodologies; * Teaching aptitude and ability to develop lesson content. * **Availability for 100% in-person work every weekday (40 weekly hours).** We require that you have… * Experience in education with classroom experience; * Experience in game and animation development; * Understanding of game development from concept to production (project development methodologies, game design, etc.); * Understanding of animation project development using various techniques.
