What do we expect from the Operations Analyst? Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Hotel Management, Engineering, or related fields? Do you have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, directly or indirectly involved in hotel operations? Are you proficient in Google Workspace tools such as Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Presentations, and Sheets? Have you worked with or are familiar with management methodologies such as PDCA, OKR, or GTD? Are you familiar with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and enjoy identifying opportunities for process optimization? Do you have experience analyzing and monitoring KPIs, and familiarity with advanced Excel, Power BI, or other BI platforms? Have you used project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar? Are you skilled in interpersonal relationships, collaborative work, and leadership support? Are you available for travel and to serve as the liaison between Corporate and resorts? Then it’s your time to join the Amarante team! What challenge will you face here? The main challenge will be acting as the liaison between Corporate and resorts, ensuring that operations and processes align with Amarante’s strategy. You will support the Corporate Operational Directorate with daily demands, project follow-up, and management of group-wide strategic initiatives—such as OKRs, PDCA, Lean, and NPS—directly contributing to continuous improvement of operational results. What are the routine responsibilities of the Operations Analyst? * Serve as the focal point supporting the Corporate Operational Directorate, tracking actions, projects, and strategic initiatives; * Monitor small- and medium-sized projects alongside resort teams, ensuring execution according to the defined project management methodology; \- Monitor guest satisfaction indicators (NPS), suggesting improvement actions in partnership with Quality, Product, and resort teams; * Analyze and monitor departmental and resort performance indicators, supporting strategies for continuous optimization of results; * Participate in Managerial RARs (Results Monitoring Meetings), tracking action plans and supporting execution via PDCA; * Act as the interface between resorts and corporate departments, ensuring implementation of established standards (ESG, People, Experience, Product, Controller, etc.); * Identify and propose improvements to operational processes, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and Lean practices; * Support the Operational Management team in procurement processes for utensils and linens, monitoring pre-opening schedules and deadlines; * Manage the strategic distribution of linens and utensils across resort areas, ensuring quality standards in final installation; And what do we offer the Operations Analyst?
