We are the holding company controlling the concessionaires Bahia Norte (CBN) and Litoral Norte (CLN) in Bahia; Rota do Atlântico (CRA) and Rota dos Coqueiros (CRC) in Pernambuco; and Rota Dourada (CRD) in Mato Grosso — collectively spanning approximately 740 kilometers. If you seek to develop your career and join a company that builds pathways for the future, this opportunity is for you. #### **Key Responsibilities:** * Execute press advisory activities, including drafting press releases, official statements, position statements, and media liaison * Support and respond to crisis management situations, contributing to message development and internal alignment * Plan, produce, and execute internal and external communication and social responsibility campaigns aligned with corporate strategy and sustainability guidelines * Develop and implement communication initiatives to strengthen employee engagement * Support strategic communication planning, with emphasis on institutional and reputational positioning * Manage and monitor digital channels and social media, ensuring consistency in positioning and institutional language * Support sustainability, ESG, and community engagement initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency in project communications * Act as liaison with surrounding communities, competent authorities, granting agencies, and other stakeholders, contributing to sound institutional relationships * Collaborate integrally with technical departments and leadership. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, or Public Relations * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Communication, Sustainability, ESG, Management, or related fields * Driver’s License Category B * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Canva * Proficiency in AI tools * Experience in social media management * Willingness to travel and relocate * Experience in corporate and institutional communication, press advisory services, and communication campaigns * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strategic planning capability, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and commitment to high-quality deliverables. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in concessions, infrastructure, highways, or public contracts * Experience in crisis management, regulatory matters, or highly visible public environments * Experience in social responsibility projects and community engagement. **This position is open to persons with disabilities (PwD).**
