




Job Summary: Professional responsible for electrical, building, and hydraulic maintenance, including installations, repairs, and service order management. Key Highlights: 1. Corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical and building installations. 2. Installation of new electrical systems and various repairs. 3. Proven experience in electrical work and mandatory NR10 and NR35 training courses. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical installations. Install new electrical systems and reconfigure primary switchgear cabinets. Activate/Deactivate power outlets; replace lamps and ballasts; inspect electrical circuits; reset tripped circuit breakers; troubleshoot power loss at outlets; install line filters; address power outages; program lighting systems; other electrical tasks; perform building maintenance, including opening, tracking, and closing service orders. Painting and paint repair; masonry repairs; floor repairs; door maintenance; replacement of ceiling panels; ceiling detachment; civil works; unclogging of general hydraulic networks; malfunctioning or defective valves; replacement of flush tank kits and flush mechanisms; **MANDATORY COURSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:** * Electrical Training Course * In-person and valid NR10 certification * In-person and valid NR35 certification **Requirements:** * Proven experience in electrical work.
