Description

Job Summary: Professional to perform electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance; carry out work at heights; and supervise specialized services. Key Highlights: 1. Electrical maintenance, low-complexity logical network and telephone systems 2. Work at heights and roof and façade restoration 3. Monitoring and supervision of medical equipment and gases **Responsibilities:** **** Perform low-complexity maintenance in electrical, logical network, and telephone systems;  Perform work at heights while complying with safety regulations for conservation and restoration of roofs and façades, as well as repairs and renovations of building installations;  Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies;  Monitor equipment operation by measuring and inspecting pressure gauges, valves, pumps, filters, hydraulic connections, and electrical installations, requesting specialized maintenance when necessary;  Monitor the medical gas system, replace oxygen cylinders, and request new cylinder orders;  Systematically clean and sanitize ultrasound (USG), mammography, densitometry, MRI, and CT equipment; **Required Qualifications:** **** Completed high school education;  NR 10 and NR 35 certifications;  Vocational training courses in maintenance fields (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical);  Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.794,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
