Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, verifying, and managing minibar items in guest rooms, ensuring adequate supply, organization, and accurate billing to enhance guest satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Restock and manage minibar items to ensure guest satisfaction. 2. Monitor consumption, enter items into the system, and manage product inventory. 3. Assist with inventories and loss control. #### **About the Position:** * Restock, verify, record, and manage minibar items in guest rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked, well-organized, and correctly billed in accordance with hotel operational standards, thereby contributing to guest satisfaction and billing efficiency. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Restock room minibars according to established standards and product lists; * Daily verification of guest consumption and accurate entry of consumed items into the system for proper billing; * Manage minibar inventory levels and request replenishment as needed; * Conduct periodic inventories of minibar products and assist in loss and breakage control; * Respond to minibar restocking requests via room service. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** * Specific training: Basic knowledge of inventory control, point-of-sale systems operation, and good handling practices; * Prior experience in restocking, hospitality service, or inventory management; * Relevant work experience: 6 months to 1 year. #### **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Salvia (Telemedicine); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Discounted room rates; * Partnerships with educational institutions. #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off
