Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling goods, including loading, unloading, verification, organization, and delivery to the end customer, in accordance with specific guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and management of goods with attention to guidelines. 2. Invoice verification and cargo organization. 3. Optimization of loading and unloading processes. Perform loading and unloading of goods. Move goods between unloading and loading terminals, following guidelines for each type of goods, cubic capacity, and vehicle. Deliver and collect cargo from the end customer. * Verify invoices; * Check cargo weight; * Verify cargo prior to handling; * Reapply sealing tape to packaging when necessary; * Check storage conditions and proper packaging of cargo; * Check identification labels on packages; * Arrange deliveries according to schedule; * Sort cargo by destination; * Check labels for hazardous materials; * Optimize loading and unloading time; * Advise customers on proper cargo packaging; * Follow packaging recommendations; * Control stacking limits for boxes; * Request authorization for special cargo loading; * Palletize and wrap cargo in volumes according to customer requirements; * Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse; * Report any defective equipment; * Handle pallets correctly to prevent accidents and damage; * Perform other tasks relevant to the position.
