Ensure cargo safety and proper handling Assist in vehicle loading and unloading activities to ensure efficient transportation and minimize the risk of damage. * Perform loading and unloading of goods under the company's responsibility, ensuring quality, productivity, deadlines, and preventing damage. * + Organize goods inside vehicles by distributing products so that weight is properly balanced and separated by customer to facilitate deliveries. + Arrange loads according to route planning to facilitate deliveries. + Organize loads based on compatibility, packaging recommendations, and appropriate cargo handling—considering weight, proximity, size, and fragility. + Perform loading using specific materials or equipment. + Keep vehicles clean. + Follow safety guidelines and proper loading posture to prevent health-related issues. + Understand the company's Integrated Policy and how to contribute daily to its correct implementation. + Comply with SSMA and Quality requirements. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and according to area-specific risks.
