Monitor team delinquency and return rates Cardeal Distribuidora \| Recife \- PE \| On-site Job Description Coordinate, supervise, train, and develop the sales team to achieve targets across metrics including sell\-out, customer activation, coverage, delinquency, returns, and prospecting of new customers. Responsibilities and Duties \* Analyze sales representatives' performance reports. \* Conduct periodic meetings with the sales team. \* Train the sales team on basic routine tasks. \* Break down and monitor sell-out, customer activation, and coverage objectives. \* Monitor team delinquency and return rates. \* Guide and supervise the prospecting of new customers. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields. * Prior experience with pharmaceutical/veterinary products is required. * Knowledge of the retail market in the region. * Experience managing targets and teams. * Must reside in the region. * Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
