All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiate with suppliers and partners; * Perform cash register opening and closing; * Monitor in-store service quality based on company KPIs; * Organize and maintain the workplace, coordinating the use of materials, supplies, resources, and services; * Serve customers for routine and specific requests, including reception duties; * Request billing and processing of vouchers and authorization letters from agencies, operators, and registered companies; * Oversee fleet management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in leadership and people management; * Solid retail sector experience preferred; * Valid driver’s license (CNH) required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS** * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule; * Fixed salary \+ commission. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
