**About the position:** We are seeking a **Purchasing Analyst - Gradim**, analytical in profile, skilled in negotiation, and with intermediate experience in the pharmaceutical sector. The professional will work directly in the pharmacy’s purchasing department, ensuring cost savings, favorable payment terms, and preventing product stockouts. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **quotations and negotiations** with suppliers. * Purchase store products weekly via system (cosmetics, convenience items, and medications). * Monitor **stockouts** and track sales of **A- and B-curve products**, preventing inventory shortages. * Monitor and execute **exchange and return processes** with suppliers. * Analyze prices to achieve **cost-saving targets** and optimize payment terms. * Provide general support for purchasing department routines. **Requirements:** * Experience in **quotations and negotiations** * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency * Intermediate experience in **pharmaceuticals** * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile **Working hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary and benefits:** * **Salary: R$ 2,100.00** * **Benefit:** transportation allowance * **Bonus target:** based on **purchasing cost savings** and **improved payment terms** Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2,100.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
