Dare to go beyond with us. **A Day in the Life of an OMC:** **Responsibilities:** Performs masonry, plaster, and flooring restoration activities, as well as surface preparation for painting; Conducts inspections in restrooms, sewage chambers, stormwater systems, and water reservoirs to anticipate potential issues; Performs repairs on hydraulic circuits and welding of PVC and copper piping; Records water and chlorine consumption readings from water meters in systems; Performs tasks such as layout changes, relocation of furniture and equipment related to the work area; Ensures cleanliness, preservation, and operational readiness of tools, machinery, materials, and equipment within the assigned work area. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution panels, electrical control systems, and other building power equipment; assesses component replacement and adjustment needs and conducts functional tests. What will make you successful? **Education:** NR\-10 certification / Maintenance-related courses (preferred). **Required Experience:** Experience in maintenance routines. Completed elementary education. **Work Location:** Recife \- Pernambuco Vocational training.
