Process Analysis: Determine whether a reported issue is a system bug or if the user is attempting a process incorrectly per product rules. Triage and Escalation: Document complex issues for senior developers or consultants, explaining the operational impact of the failure. Business Rule Testing: Validate whether new features or fixes function correctly according to the needs of clinical departments (e.g., Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy). User Training: Create manuals, quick guides, and deliver brief training sessions so employees can use the system effectively.
